Explore optimization opportunities such as scope, alternate sourcing, VA/VE, and cost containment. Ensure adherence to timelines, especially for STU requirements. Conduct robust vendor evaluation, prepare comparative statements (SOA), and establish strategic engagements with service providers. Prepare RFPs with stakeholder inputs, obtain bids, and manage PR to PO processes. Develop should-costing bases and enhance negotiation skills. Understand Make Vs Buy decisions and relevant costing. Adhere to TML Contractor Safety Management process and comply with Factories Act/Minimum wages/Labour codes/GST. Define contract terms, guidelines, SLAs (KPIs), and execute legal agreements. Adhere to TCOC guidelines and audit processes. Keep abreast with new and emerging technologies. Develop multi-skills through cross-learning/projects/tasks related to plant service purchase, renewable energy, passenger car business, etc.
