Global Payroll Specialist for in-house employees of Rackspace.• Handling Payroll & Employees for Singapore, Australia, Saudi Arabia, & Hongkong.• Co-ordination with team like HR-recruitment, commission, Bonus, global mobility team, legal & accounts team for payroll data for processing.• Validation of input documents and data before proceeding further.• Preparation of Input & payroll validation, cross-checking calculations.• Preparation of funding request for treasury to release the Net Pay & Contributions, Statutory and taxes.• Preparation of Journals based on report like- GTN, GL, Accrual files, YTD reports.• Handling inputs like ESOB processing, Pension, ESPP deduction, unpaid leave deduction and other deduction, any one-time payment, Expenses reimbursement sheet.• ESPP Data, stock and exercise sheet maintaining with FX rate.• Other Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly activities like Australia state tax validation, GOSI payments in Saudi, FBT in Australia.• New Hires document validation and payroll data.• Termination benefits processing along with the termination required documents.• Tax clearance processing of employees as per country requirement.• Completion of year-end tax data processing and preparation of all required documents for TMF\'s annual tax filing • Handling Employee Queries on commission, taxes, salary deductions on unpaid leaves, bonus etc.• Using Workday for Input gathering.• Using Excel for payroll processing and validations.
