Bajaj Housing Finance Limited (A 100% subsidiary of Bajaj Finance Ltd.)- LAP/HL I HL- BT & TOP UP I LAP - DOD (Drop Line OD) I LAP - LRD (Lease Rent Discounting) I LAP-NRP (Non Resident Purchase) I LAP-Commercial Purchase I Commercial Mortgages ( Secured Mortgage Landing )- Responsible for Sourcing Secured High-Value Mortgage Lending (LAP) Business of a ticket size range of Rs 40 lacs to 10 cr from the channel partners ( DSA ) for SEP (Doctors, CA & CS), SENP, and Salaried profiles- Sourcing and managing channels from the open market and acquiring business from them- Generating new leads and Sourcing new business for secured mortgage loan LAP/HL through Nationalised, Corporate & Retail DSA\'s (Channel Partners) and Connectors in the local market for achieving monthly business targets- Working in the designated geographic area in an IC ( Individual ) role covering Delhi NCR market including Faridabad/ Gurugram / Noida/ Ghaziabad from base location- Building a long-term relationship with the existing clients for repeated business and follow-up- Assessment of loan files and credibility status for loan, Evaluation of risk criteria with company policies and norms- Processing the Files from login to disbursal, closely Working with other support functions like Credit, Legal, Technical, Collateral & Risk- RCU/FCU and Operation team for optimum TAT of final disbursal- Monitoring and mentoring complete login to disburse the file and resolve all queries related to legal, technical, credit & Ops- Develop an in-depth understanding of the credit, legal and technical norms of the company- Resolving customer queries with proper resolution from loan sanction up to final disbursement within TAT- Actively cross sell and penetration of General Insurance & Life Insurance product i.e. HDFC Life, Bajaj Allianz Life - Handling other third-party VENDORS like - Architects, Technical Vendors, Advocates & Legal Consultants, etc.
