Identifying opportunities to enhance manpower productivity and reduce labor costs. Preparing Monthly Closing Daily Production Reports (DPR) Analyzing production data to generate performance reports. Providing insights and recommendations for operational improvements. Leading Plant-Based Projects Driving cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and cost reduction. Collaborating with various departments to implement best practices and innovative solutions. Training and Development Conducting training sessions on Safety, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for engineers and shop floor employees. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and workplace safety. Implementation of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies Applying DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. Enhancing operational stability and quality. Waste Identification and Elimination Analyzing processes to identify sources of waste. Implementing corrective actions to minimize waste and improve overall productivity.
