I use research, strategic design, collaboration, leadership and project management to create scalable and inclusive outcomes that improve quality of life and catalyze business growth.Currently I am a Senior Experience Design Researcher and Strategist within the R&D and Innovation Lab at a Health-Tech company \"Invetech Inc.\". I liaise with the leadership team, engineers, software developers, scientists, and business development to support the organization’s mission, goals, and strategy. I work in a highly collaborative environment to unlock value for Invetech’s customers and manage their expectations. My professional experience makes me uniquely suited to solve problems of businesses that include both hardware and software products.With global working experience in multidisciplinary teams across industries such as personal mobility solutions, consumer electronics and appliances, home automation, wearable technology and healthcare, I draw from my past experiences as a product designer to play a pivotal role in driving value and innovation across the enterprise. I work at the intersection of strategy, design, research, and technology and my strength lies in using critical thinking and strategic foresight to frame the right questions and using artifacts, frameworks, and prototypes as a medium of discourse for internal and external stakeholders to deliver value-based outcomes. I am passionate about design advocacy within and outside organizations and championing the importance of customer-centric approaches in organizational decision-making. I am currently exploring the area of computational thinking and how the design discipline may evolve to drive more value within organizations.
