ABOUT UJJWAL

With 8+ years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry, I’ve worked across Brand Building, Innovation, Product Development, and Operations. I began my journey as a founding team member @ Enn’s Closet, where I helped launch and scale its in-house brand, ENN- leading everything from product innovation to packaging and naming.Post-ENN, I worked closely with the founders @ Just Herbs, contributing to the brand’s growth during the two years leading up to its acquisition by Marico. Most recently, I had a short but high-impact stint @ Renee, launching products that became category bestsellers.I’m passionate about building brands that connect with real consumer needs backed by insight, speed, and creativity. Outside of work, I explore music and write poetry and articles to fuel my love for storytelling.
