   Part of the Aladdin Engineering team, which builds and manages products to support BlackRock Retirement clients, leveraging deep expertise in capital markets to optimize retirement solutions- Currently leading a team of 10 developers while working on a retirement product from BlackRock, designed to enable annuitization of accumulated pension funds under 401k target date funds, aimed at delivering growth and stability within the US capital markets- Successfully launched this product, which is helping BlackRock amassing over $16B in Assets under Management (AUM) for the target date and the platform is currently utilized by more than participants- Responsible for architecting and developing the product integration with external vendors - retirement group, insurers, insurer administrator, record keeper etc - ensuring seamless interaction with the capital markets industry standards- Owning technical discussions and translating it into software design- Coding, Code review for team members, sprint planning, retrospectives, internal & external demos are also part of day to day activities- Previously worked for Legal & Compliance team to build out a solution to identify State Owned Enterprise to ward off regulatory, financial and reputational harm to the organization- During initial days, I was member of HCM development team, where I build out a highly scalable solution for strategic employee compensation rewards and recognition.
