With over 13 years of versatile legal expertise, I am a seasoned professional proficient in multiple branches of law, including FMCG laws, agreements, and legal metrology. I hold a BLS LL.B degree from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai (2012) and am registered with the Delhi Bar Council, having successfully cleared the All India Bar Examination in the same year. Additionally, I have earned a Special Diploma in Corporate Laws from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.My career commenced under the mentorship of a Senior Counsel, where I honed my skills in recovering home loans under the SARFAESI Act, managing NPAs, and handling cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. I further enriched my expertise in corporate legal frameworks through dynamic roles with esteemed organizations, including Multimax Asset Reconstruction Company, ARC Legum Management Pvt. Ltd, Coromandel Agrico Pvt. Ltd, and VRS Foods Ltd.Currently, I serve as DGM-Legal with PepsiCo\'s bottling partner, Varun Beverages Limited (VBL). Here, I specialize in FMCG laws, contract drafting and negotiation, compliance with legal metrology regulations, and managing complex legal matters. My comprehensive experience bridges litigation and corporate law, enabling me to deliver impactful legal strategies and ensure robust regulatory compliance within the fast-paced FMCG industry.
