About Ujjanth Arhan
Hi there, I’m Ujjanth! I’m a Masters graduate from Northeastern University with 3 years of experience in the world of Software Engineering and Development. I love anything and everything tech related, and enjoy listening and talking to people who share the same passion.Having obtained the pleasure of working at a dynamic and agile startup, I have journeyed across multiple technologies, learned a lot, often through failure and crave to learn more. I have gained hands-on experience in full-stack engineering, covering frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js), backend (C#/ CSharp, Java.NET Core, ASP.NET Core), microservices, databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB), and DevOps (AWS, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker) and I\'m excited to have recently expanded my skills to include Go (Golang)!I have worked on end to end features from inception to deployment, green field projects, augmented existing projects, designed multiple reactive dashboards and pages, written numerous REST API endpoints, microservices, SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, overhauled legacy migration techniques to Fluent migration, deployed features, bugfix, hotfixes and more.In the realm of DevOps, I\'ve leveraged AWS services for hosting and scaling applications using load balancer and autoscaler, utilized Git, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications with Docker, and developed Kafka exchanges for event-driven architectures. I\'ve also managed EC2 instances with CloudWatch logging and SNS triggers to ensure robustness and scalability.I enjoy tinkering with tech and getting my hands dirty which has inadvertently led others towards similar paths. Beyond technical expertise, I thrive in collaborative environments, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning. I value open communication and enjoy learning, growing and supporting others in their growth journeys.I am passionate about solving interesting problems in diverse, multicultural settings.
