With continued company growth, I was promoted to product manager with the challenge to increase integration across multiple product families—through the development of analytics and platform data—to deliver a more robust reporting tool, a data set for machine learning and insights, and an improved customer experience. Led a tiger team to improve bug prioritization and triage, defining and consolidating blocker criteria to eliminate ad-hoc blockers, and gaining alignment across customer success and product teams. Recognized as an SME and utility player—backfilling for vacant product owner and product manager roles, and onboarding and training new product owners, earning several internal awards.
