   With continued company growth, I was promoted to product manager with the challenge to increase integration across multiple product families—through the development of analytics and platform data—to deliver a more robust reporting tool, a data set for machine learning and insights, and an improved customer experience. I lead several Scrum teams, comprising 10 developers, ops engineers, testers, designers, and UX specialists: Overcame challenges with roadmap alignment, prioritization, and estimated delivery schedules, leading the integration and consolidation of technical and product roadmaps. Increased standardization across Scrum teams to improve product delivery, establishing a framework, with a template of best practices, and documentation to accelerate resolution of the most common customer challenges. Increased the visibility and clarity of the roadmapping process, serving on a tiger team with product, IT, and engineering to consolidate tools and playbooks, and identify solutions to persona-based challenges. Led a tiger team to improve bug prioritization and triage, defining and consolidating blocker criteria to eliminate ad-hoc blockers, and gaining alignment across customer success and product teams. Recognized as an SME and utility player—backfilling for vacant product owner and product manager roles, and onboarding and training new product owners, earning several internal awards.
