Responsible for the day to day running of the store, maintaining standards.• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. • Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. • To ensure that the Store is always merchandised to the Company’s desired standard and liaison with the VM Team.• Undertake store activities such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.• To ensure the Store has the correct levels of stock and that replenishment orders are placed, in close liaison with the Merchandise Team and Allocator.• Responsible for maintaining the Inventory levels at the store and controlling Shrinkage as per Company Standards.• Responsible for store expense management, store budgets, inventory control increase sales throughout the year and achieve set financial targets.• Ensure store and staff presentation and standards are in line with the brand requirements.
