I am a dual-qualified lawyer (England & Wales, Turkey) with a broad background in corporate law, real estate, banking, and finance. Since qualifying in Turkey in 2021 and more recently in England & Wales, I have advised on complex cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, and financial structuring for clients across multiple sectors. My experience includes corporate advisory, contract negotiation, project work, and risk management, supporting businesses in achieving their strategic and commercial goals.
