ABOUT UGO DEROUARD
Ugo Derouard is a Sound Designer & Supervising Sound Editor. He founded Ugosound Studios in Los Angeles after moving from France over 10 years ago.In a partnership with Andrew Spence Studios & Ugosound, they opened their own facility on the west side in 2008. Then recently moved and build a larger facility in Burbank in 2016.Since, Ugo has received a few nominations & awards for Best Sound Design. He was also invited to participate in a panel at Comic Con 2013 in San Diego as well as supervised the audio post production for numerous films nominated at the Sundance Film Festival, including a win. His credits includes independent films with filmmakers such as Mark Webber as well as larger productions with actors such as Sean Penn or John Malkovich for exemple. As for broadcast programming, he supervised multiple shows that have been nominated for Emmy, CAS and MPSE recognition.
