I have been in the Real Estate profession since obtaining my license in 1990. I work throughout the Bay Area with a special focus on Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Contra Costa Counties, with a network of professionals that are always available to my clients. When I started in this profession, I worked for a private investment company doing private money and conventional loans as well as property management. Soon after, I began listing and selling REO properties that were acquired by our investors, gaining a cumulative of over 7 years of REO experience. I am currently RES.NET, REO Trans, HUD, and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) certified and am also a designated Five Star Professional (FSP) from the Five Star Institute. I have learned an extensive amount of knowledge pertaining to REO properties and am continuing to become ever more knowledgeable to better serve you. I have attained first-hand experience, by listing REO properties and successfully fulfilling the requirements that are necessary to maintain my status as a preferred REO listing agent.I am fully engrained in my community, at my local gym, USMC Veterans Group, and in my daughters’ school, where I am trusted and respected. Since 1997, I have been involved in a yearly Thanksgiving ritual to feed the staff and families of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford. As a Marine Corps veteran, I am also a part of the “Toys for Tots” organization, a group I have been involved with since my early days as a Marine. Most importantly, I strongly believe it is vital to be an active parent. I have been professionally trained for over twenty years, retaining the experience and track record few agents can bring to a transaction. I am always eager and willing to learn what needs to be done in order to have a great working relationship with everyone involved.
