ABOUT ÜMIT ULUDAG

I\'ve been active in education and e-learning since 2006. Having worked continuously throughout my university days, I was able to develop complex and cross-functional knowledge and expertise in diverse areas and teams and can look back at a 15-year work experience despite my relatively young age. Before starting my journey at LinkedIn, I spent ten years with the IT company netTrek as a working student, where I kept developing myself, my skills and my responsibilities. Initially, I was responsible for editing, communication as well as content creation. Shortly thereafter, I became an e-Learning producer and author, taking responsibility for the methodological-didactical conception, production and management of web-based trainings (WBT). Ultimately, I took joint responsibility for developing and implementing netTrek’s product range, such as developing a web-based authoring system (Eagle5). Outside of my work at netTrek, I worked on German Bundesliga’s VfL Bochum’s editing team as a translator and taught at a private tuition organization (NPO) to support children with a migration background and give them a professional and personal perspective. Since 2019, I carry on my passion for education and advance digital teaching and learning as part of LinkedIn. I help create and curate exceptional content that helps people build the professional skills they need to transform their lives. As a Content Manager at LinkedIn Learning, I\'m responsible for German Marketing, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIBs), and Technology trainings.
