My professional journey has been diverse, starting from my roots as a Java developer to strategic roles in globally renowned consulting and product organisations like PwC, EY and OracleAs I transitioned into more multi-dimensional roles, my focus shifted to building and overseeing robust enterprise solutionsIn my substantial role at PwC, I spearheaded technology transformation of Finance, Regulatory and Compliance operations by defining architecture for integrated solutions using core technology frameworks of Oracle SaaS & PaaS. I envisioned and developed products which were forward looking and enablers of the operational efficiency which the organization expected as RoI on it’s $4.5 million investment. A few noteworthy innovations which I was able to bring to life were Enterprise BPM, Chatbots and Mobile apps in an integrated ecosystem which could handle 10 million transactions a dayMy stint at EY was equally strategic, providing consulting services for major KPO clients, mapping their transformation objectives & implementing BPM solutions. These experiences honed my expertise in Oracle products and deepened my understanding of digital transformation initiativesAt rStar Technologies, as a Technical Architect, I delved deep into system design, technical architecture, and integration. Managing technical customer accounts, I routinely found myself at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the two aligned seamlessly.One of the most rewarding aspects of my role at rStar was leading a diverse set of teams. From middleware solutions like Oracle Integration to more contemporary mobile app development projects using the IONIC hybrid platform, I ensured that we stayed ahead of the curve, delivering innovative and effective solutions.Now, at EngiNeo, my responsibilities have broadened.
