I have 9+ years in Construction Project management. I am experienced professional with expertise in construction management, project coordination, Project planning and scheduling, Project execution, stakeholder engagement and management, Drawing review and verification for execution, Project Estimation, Interior Fit out, Cost Control & Billing (Civil, MEP & PEB), etc. to deliver the project as per required timeline, budget, quality and safety. My proficient in inducing swift project ramp up to ensure committed project delivery with strict compliance to defined quality systems/procedures in executing diverse civil project management functions. I have a broad knowledge of all the elements that build a construction project. Have excellent technical, communication, and time management skills. Assists the project lead in managing and monitoring projects, especially tracking and achieving critical milestones. My responsibilities involve Over all project coordination, Quality & quantity verify, Project Schedule Tracking, Supervising works and ensuring highest quality of performance standards, Handling the client and contractors, preparing project reports, Monitoring the project as per the planning schedule and rescheduling the work if required as per client, Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress report and planning as per project, Preparing bar charts, resource planning & execution planning as per the project required I have hands on experience on project software Primavera, MSP, AutoCAD.
