ABOUT UDOKA OKONTA

I help businesses focus on growth, ensuring that they answer the \"why\" and \"how\" questions. I provide critical thinking approach to problem solving, developing and driving a roadmap towards the Target Operating Model with a sustainable approach. What excites me about my role is the opportunity to leverage on the expertise of my colleagues, where I give them full opportunity to lead, build capacity and execute in line with enterprise goals. I am able to work within dynamic, fluid and often challenging environment at both strategic and executive level. With experience across both Profit-driven and Charity sectors, I have closely studied the mission and values of every organisation I have worked in and focus on the big picture, identifying how my role adds to the whole, allowing me to deeply appreciate the organizational processes and the larger transformation agenda. I consistently advocate for sustainable solutions, leveraging critical thinking, meditation, and collaborative brainstorming / ideation at both peer, teams and senior leadership levels. My hands-on experience, coupled with my ability to align workstreams, increases reuse, reduces duplication and rework, making me a trusted resource. I have worked on complex programs ranging from small-scale process improvements to large-scale organizational transformations. My projects required cross-functional collaboration, technology integration, governance, framework and policy development with varying levels of dependencies, repositioning the enterprise for a sustainable scalable growth process.Outside my digital and transformational work as Bruce Wayne, I step into Batman mode as an accountability coach, providing a framework for young individuals, founders, start-ups, and executives seeking measurable improvement. I help set clear, actionable goals, whether for 6 months, 5 years, or a lifetime and hold you accountable to push boundaries and achieve them.
