I am an Executive Leader with 20 years experience in various CXO positions for international group structures. I use to motivate my teams for a vision through respectful interaction in order to reach a sustainable long-term joint success. I convince both, employees and customer with my hands-on approach and my unresting ambition to find the most convenient solution, based on a state-of-the-art technological development. To find such solutions for distributed teams I rely on new work concepts, digitalization needs and the power of OKR based measurable management. I have an engineering degree as well as a degree in business administration and worked in several service areas (technical services, waste management, real estate) but also delivered services into the automotive industry, technology companies and the renewable energy sector (Schaeffler, Bosch, GKN, RWE). I offer in depth knowledge in all kinds of management systems (performance management, ERP, Business intelligence, interface and supply chain management). As a respected leader, I inspired and developed global teams around the world. I have successfully managed numerous strategic transformation projects as executive project leader, change management guarantor and business development initiator. I am also recognized as a trusted business leader with strategic agility, analytical thinking and transformation acumen. I am a strong communicator with courage and empathy, which allows myself to quickly build trustful relationships. For me providing operationalize proven, practical solutions which consider the people in the organization is key.
