Revenue and Risk Management - Realty Division• Pricing strategy formulation, competitor analysis and preparing deferred payment plans using DCF model for residential project launches.• Reporting and closure of month-on-month order inflow and revenue as per Ind AS 115 by preparing booking closure and JV files.• Preparing various reports for CEO MD review pertaining to residential price realisation, budgeted collection, and project cashflow projections.• Preparing various statutory forms on quarterly and annual basis as per RERA requirements.• System set up for residential launches involving configuration of pricing components, inventory, customer payment plans, sales order generation and testing.• Residential debtor analysis periodically to highlight project wise non-moving dues and high advances.• Verification of customer interest statements, nil due possession letters, referral and loyalty cases, customer flat bookings, and flat shifting cases.• Processing customer refunds mainly consisting cancellations and EOI cases.
