Pathfinding and C&F Group Jan 2023- Feb 2024- Developed Dry EUV photoresist CVD process, Reactive-Ion etching & plasma dry development - Plasma edge bevel clean process and tool development. Productivity and customer escalation Feb 2024- Present- Conducted extensive hardware and productivity testing for CVD, bake, and plasma etching/dry development processes. Utilized JMP for design of experiments (DOE) and Principal Component Regression (PCR) for process optimization- Owned and maintained multiple Deposition/Bake/Etch tools; led escalation teams resolving high-impact tool issues during HVM ramp (High volume manufacturing). 8D, Cause & effect /Ishikawa Diagram & PDR etc. were utilized for problem solving based on issues- Worked on Product Development and Release (PDR) process, a LAM preferred structured framework for developing and releasing new products and features. This process involves cross-functional teams and focuses on managing risks and ensuring a smooth transition to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
