At Atos, I led the Active Directory operations for over 50 global clients, managing a Level 2 support team and streamlining service delivery through process optimization. At ConnectWise, I provided advanced support for Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution.One of my most formative roles was at Concentrix, where I worked in close partnership with Microsoft Premier Support as part of the On Premises Active Directory team. There, I supported over 500 enterprise clients, diagnosing and resolving complex AD-related issues, and contributing to mission critical environments with precision and reliability.Beyond my technical expertise, I bring strong leadership in team management, SOP development, and operational excellence, with a passion for continuous improvement.
