   Architected and led the 6-month migration of core PXT data from older SalesForce systems tointernal 1P services, ensuring zero data loss and seamless transition for critical employeesystems- Designed, launched, and scaled the Payment Authority Service (PAS) to automate payment forpaid leaves for over millions of US employees, with expansion underway to Canada. This serviceeliminated 100% of manual effort by CMs and reduced the error rate by 10% upon its launch inJanuary 2025- Designed the Real Time Adjudication (RTA) service architecture, integrating a core AI model toautomate employee case adjudication and decision-making- Applied Generative AI to workflow automation, enabling CMs and partner teams to directlytrigger adjudication and payment workflows using natural-language prompts; reducedoperational friction and accelerated onboarding of new use cases- Authored and led development of the DLSMCP server, a standardized platform that allowsteams to onboard, configure, and execute adjudication and payment workflows consistently,significantly reducing bespoke integrations and duplicated logic across teams- Currently extending RTA capabilities to handle complex, time-based scenarios (e.g, auto denialbeyond a certain date) to increase automation coverage.
