Humanitarian professional with over a decade of work experience in the social development and impact space. He holds a postgraduate degree in \'Public Policy and Governance\' from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), a PPA from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a degree of Executive Education in \'Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility\' from the London Business School (LBS).Working with The/Nudge Institute since March 2021, focusing on creating sustainable and scalable livelihood based business models for rural communities, particularly nudging women in India towards entrepreneurships by partnering with Govt, Market and Civil Society Orgs.Prior to The/Nudge, he served with the State Rural Livelihood Mission (Rajasthan), where he contributed to the successful product/services designing to implementation of various livelihoods and skill development projects funded by the World Bank Group, the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), and leading philanthropic organizations.He is passionate about addressing large-scale issues related to inequality in health, education, and per capita income. His expertise spans across public policy analysis, strategy and operations, government and non-government partnerships, grants management, new product conceptualization, business planning, and KPI/dashboard management. He also brings strong skills in legal and financial compliances, data analysis, talent acquisition and retention, impact evaluation, and skill development & placement programs.Driven by a commitment to positive social change, Udit leverages his strategic insight(s) and operational expertise(s) to design and implement innovative solutions that create scalable and lasting impact across domains of intervention(s).
