   Developing large-scale, highly distributed, scalable, and mission-critical cross-asset allocation applications to handle 20M+ messages daily for 21+ Java brokers (using Spring framework)- Leading a team of 3 along with requirements gathering, constant collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders, and setting timelines and documentation for the below cross-team projects: o Designing and implementing a scalable pluggable multi-threaded engine using microservices architecture to show 2M+ real-time critical events from multiple external applications for live trades on our UI. o Designing a cross-asset scalable engine to dynamically prioritize trades on the fly based on multiple factors as decided by our stakeholders- Achieved a reduction of ~92% in execution time of a core algorithm for one of the biggest client orders ever seen by MS by optimizing and refactoring parts of the legacy code- Built a new pipeline for Listed Derivatives (LD) in the European market for a major revenue-generating client. o Collaborated across many different upstream and downstream teams and reduced significant tech debt by 77%- Spearheaded an automated change management tool that saves 1hr of deployment time and thereby improves developer productivity.(using REST service in Python Flask and GUI in Angular 2.0)- Streamlined the process of onboarding new hires by training and creating a pool of resources which reduced the onboarding time from 2-3 weeks to 4-5 days for the team.
