Job Description:As a Senior Executive in the Logistics – Commercial department at Maruti Ispat and Pipes Pvt. Ltd, my role primarily focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods while managing key commercial operations. My responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities:Coordinating and supervising end-to-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound transportation.Handling dispatch planning, route optimization, and delivery tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.Managing vendor communications, freight negotiations, and transporter contracts.Overseeing documentation related to logistics, such as invoices, e-way bills, LR copies, and delivery challans.Collaborating with the sales and procurement teams to align logistics planning with business requirements.Ensuring compliance with commercial and statutory requirements including GST, transport permits, etc.Monitoring logistics KPIs and preparing periodic performance and cost reports.Supporting inventory control and warehouse coordination to ensure material availability and stock accuracy.
