About Udit Monga
With over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I am a key modeling expert at ams OSRAM. I work on the development of semiconductor aging models, noise models, and related tools. I also contribute to compact modeling and model assessment for various technologies. In the past, I have worked on radiation effects, self-heating effects, and aging models in FinFETs. I have developed in-house tools to accurately simulate semiconductor aging and radiation effects. I have also contributed to the path-finding for sub-10nm technologies and modeling of phase-change memories.
