   Now, As a Senior Design Engineer at Xylem + Evoqua, a global leader in water technology, I specialize in designing, developing, standardizing, and optimizing Clarifier & Orbal product designs and systems for municipal wastewater treatment plants.Responsibilities -* Leading and managing a team of design engineers, providing solutions, and ensuring the quality of drawings aligns with business standards.* Responsible for studying proposal and tender documents, preparing estimations and resource plans, and scheduling meetings with counterparts to thoroughly understand project requirements.* Preparation of process equipment general arrangement drawings, as well as fabrication and field connection drawings for equipment such as clarifiers, thickeners, orbal systems, and feed pump skids.* Collaboratively working with cross-functional teams (CFT) and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.* Responsible for delivering projects on time while adhering to defined quality processes and corporate policies.* Responsible for developing 3D starter models to streamline workflows and significantly reduce project execution timelines* Proficient in SAP Production Planning, including creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOM).* Preparation of quality-controlled documentation and procedures to ensure standardization.
