Process Lead Roles and Responsibilities- As a process team, I am responsible to handle Incident, Change and Problem Management. Sharing the Update Communication mails for Critical Incidents (P1/P2) with the respective region Stakeholders, whenever we receive high Priority issues. Auditing the Changes monthly and doing initial Change reviews, sharing feedback to minimize the mistakes while handling the CR and guiding them when needed. Creating Pro-active problem for the repeated issues and reactive problem ticket for the impacted issues, worked with technical teams to create the RCAs and submitted to Stakeholders for Approvals and closed the Problem tickets once after receiving the Approval. Creating Monthly SLR Presentation (PPT) by taking the inputs from all the teams, after creating it will be reviewed internally with all the leads and Project Manager and then will be shared with Required Stakeholders.
