Handling accounts(clients) like LGE, HCL, Umlaut, Safran, Axisacdes Involved in client engagement activities like –getting the requirements from the clients, getting profiles using various portals, scheduling the shortlisted candidates with clients, involving in the interview process of the candidate with the client, getting feedback and start the onboarding process of shortlisted candidates.Working for various Aerospace based requirements like Manufacturing Engineer, Final Assembly Line, Single Aisle, NC Creation.Working on various requisitions for our clients (automotive and aerospace) based in mostly Germany, France, UK and India as well.Having salary negotiation with candidates and coordination for interview schedules and follow up.Involved in VISA application process for placing the candidates from India to Germany.Worked on mostly C2H/ Contract hiring only. Good experience in leadership hiring too.
