   Responsibilities:Execute all QA/QC duties as directed by the QHSE department head.Conduct daily in-process inspections based on the production plan, ensuring all In-Process Inspection Reports (IPIR) are completed and accurate.Ensure quality assurance by verifying that moulds, raw materials, accessories, hardware, and tools are in accordance with the Daily Production Plan and specified Production Orders.Inspect and verify all direct product patterns, mould patterns, and moulds according to approved drawings and production orders before production begins.Inspect all incoming materials for quality and conformity to specifications, generating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any discrepancies.Collaborate with sales and production departments to check the accuracy and feasibility of production orders, attached approved drawings, and compliance statements.Ensure all products are manufactured to client specifications and LCI quality standards.Maintain product conformity at each production stage, implementing corrective actions to address and resolve non-conformities as advised by management.Record daily material consumption, items produced, and production times as part of Quality Assurance.Record and report rejection items, wastages, and generate NCRs for the same.
