Lean Digital Core (LDC) is an enterprise-wide program, focused on global end to end processes, new SAP S/4 Hana systems and technology, and one version of our data truth. LDC will enable transition from complex process and systems landscape, to a radically simplified one that puts quality, reliable data at its core. My role is to lead & drive the reporting & analytics transformation across the Operations (supply chain, manufacturing, quality & TRD) domain. Operations processes are undergoing substantial changes leading to standardization & harmonization. This creates a sequential impact on the existing analytics solutions and create new demand for new reporting & analytics products. Key objective of my role is to drive the transformation of business problem statements into meaningful analytical & reporting solutions as part of the Reporting & Analytics strategy and framework in the LDC program. Collaborate with the sites, countries, functional leads, solution leads and other major contributors within & outside of LDC to translate business user requirements into meaningful & implementable solutions. I am one of the key contributor driving the transformation of the existing Sales & Operations Planning process. Leveraging the power of AI, we are creating a single baseline for the demand planning process with the key objective to improve forecast accuracy and eliminate efforts spent in reconciliation of the financial & supply plan. Key contributor in enabling the integration of the AI forecasting results from BIG data platform into Kinaxis enabling the consensus forecasting processReporting & Analytics transformation is an integral part of LDC. Leveraging S4 Hana Embedded analytics and EDW capabilities, we are transitioning into a new ways of generating insights & enabling business in real time decision making. Create and deploy a robust Analytics Framework that will enable and inspire actionable insights; transition from reporting to advance analytics;
