I\'ve been a part of fast paced work culture for more than 6 years now and evolved myself to become a perfect fit. From the start of my career, I first understood the work culture and environment of outsourcing industry. I started my career from scratch as an executive and knew nothing about the ecosystem, slowly and gradually I understood all the challenges, dealt with them efficiently and effectively, grabbed multiple opportunities and became capable enough to manage big team size.
