The team handles request validation, payload construction, routing, and orchestration for critical customer flows like order creation, deal discovery, and redemption, ensuring high reliability, performance, and scalability across millions of daily API calls.I also lead the User Management team, which manages the complete customer lifecycle — from signup and authentication to consent and account actions.
