   Assisting in the recruitment process for full-time employees, core-team members, and mentors at TAP- Supporting in sourcing strategies to attract potential applicants, including engagement with placement cells of various colleges/universities and job portals- Assisting in scheduling interviews and selection procedures in coordination with candidates and Directors- Supporting team with work on the ATS HRMS system.
