   The new Lube Blending Plant at Ennore,Chennai has a capacity to produce KL/Annum +AdBlue KL/Annum and started its operation in December 2017.Leading the production team to ensure timely delivery of production volumes, meeting customer service targets.Converting monthly production plans into detailed weekly/daily schedules and optimizing the supply process for enhanced efficiency, aligning with service objectives.Driving continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) performance, maintaining high standards on the shop floor.Ensuring adherence to annual manufacturing budgets across all production-related areas.Spearheading Lean manufacturing initiatives and cost reduction efforts, improving efficiency and productivity to achieve year-on-year reduction in conversion costs.Monitoring and implementing planning schedules to meet dispatch accuracy targets for the plant.Managing interpersonal dynamics within different production sections to maintain a harmonious work environment.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to garner support, ensuring smooth functioning at all times.Showcasing expertise in process control, specifically in lube blending and packaging lines.
