I am a Partner of the Indirect tax group at Khaitan & Co. and am also a practicing counsel. Prior to joining the Firm, I was the founding and Managing Partner of VoxLaw (2012). I have been working in the indirect tax space for close to 20 years serving multinational corporations and India’s largest businesses, with recognition from International Tax Review’s listing of Indirect Tax Leaders in India for the past 6 years. I advise on all indirect taxes including GST, customs and Foreign Trade Policy, and pre-GST taxes, in addition to strategizing and representing in tax litigations, and have been actively involved in tax policy and government initiatives.
