Led the development of cloud services - Backup and Recovery services on HPE GreenLake platform from the ground up. This the first true SaaS service from HPE Storage and my team led this transition from front and it became the blueprint for other services to follow. HPE Backup and Recovery services is a suite of 50+ cloud micro services and an on-prem component which is a self managed without customer intervention. I transformed the entire team from a traditional software development process and practices to cloud based development practices with the focus on CI/CD, Automation and Operational readiness. As a result, team is able to deliver feature rich 18 releases in a year. This translates to enterprise quality feature delivery every 3 weeks. This include building observability metrics and telemetry data that helps in monitoring the services proactively and also helps in finding out the customer usage pattern.
