   Currently working as a Senior Process Executive, where I handle client-facing operations and end-to-end servicing tasks within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. My responsibilities include coordinating directly with clients and account managers to manage daily servicing requests such as issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), processing endorsements, performing renewal rating, and handling various policy servicing activities. I also work on submission reviews, follow-ups, and ensure all documentation and transactions comply with carrier and MGA guidelines. My role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. I strive to maintain high service quality, build strong client relationships, and support overall account management operations effectively.
