   Worked as an IC and Eng Lead on various projects across multiple teams.\"List to Board\" data model migration: Worked on a massive data model migration on \"Tasks\"(the most used data type in Asana), which enabled users to seamlessly switch between different project views. Had to take multiple things into Project Dashboards: Led eng design, collaborated with product, and oversaw the eng execution for Project Dashboards. This feature allowed users to easily visualize the \"current state\" of work within a project. This enabled users to quickly consume the status of a project, allowing them to make decisions about their work. Time in Workflow Stage Duration analytics: Led eng design, collaborated with product, and oversaw the eng execution for \"Time in workflow stage\" reporting. While \"Project Dashboards\" unlocked the ability for users to be able to easily view the \"current state\" of work, it didn\'t give them a way to deep dive into how things went during the course of their work. The Time in Workflow stage allowed users to analyze the distribution of time during the course of their work- allowing them to identify bottlenecks, and iterate on their processes to streamline future projects.
