I solve complex problems at the intersection of data, regulation, and risk.For over a decade, I\'ve helped global financial institutions navigate their most challenging compliance and regulatory initiatives—the kind where scrutiny is high, data volumes are massive, and the stakes are significant. My work spans AML/BSA assessments, regulatory remediation, customer risk rating, transaction monitoring, and model governance across institutions like UBS, with earlier experience building capabilities at Infosys, PwC, EY, Actimize, Delta Airlines, UPS and FedEx.What makes my approach different? I bridge two worlds that don\'t always speak the same language.On one side, I\'m deeply technical. I write SQL queries that generate insights against massive datasets, build Python pipelines for machine learning models, architect analytics solutions and then lead and manage teams that build them. I\'ve spent years in the data—validating models, calibrating scenarios, engineering features, and optimizing detection systems.On the other side, I\'m a translator and storyteller. I take those technical findings and turn them into narratives that resonate with compliance executives, C-suite leaders, and regulators. I\'ve learned that the best analytics in the world don\'t matter if you can\'t explain why they matter and what action to take.My career has given me a unique vantage point. I started as a software engineer, transitioned into building financial crime systems at NICE Actimize, moved into Big4 consulting after my MBA where I led large-scale regulatory Look-back, remediation and assessment projects, then transitioned to executing AI/ML engagements at Infosys before landing in my current role leading global technology initiatives at UBS. Each chapter taught me something different about how to deliver value in high-pressure, regulated environments.I\'m energized by projects that demand both analytical rigor and strategic thinking—where you need to get the technical details exactly right while never losing sight of the business outcome.
