Currently pursuing MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management, I am developing a strong foundation in supply chain analytics, inventory management, procurement, demand forecasting, logistics, and supplier relationship management. Previously, as a Mechanical Engineer at Hindustan Zinc, I led multiple improvement projects to enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of a 2 MTPA Pb-Zn Ore Beneficiation plant. Utilizing tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and Kaizen, I successfully reduced costs, increased equipment availability, and resolved maintenance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth plant operations.I also managed 3PL services, workforce management, and led Business Excellence audits, along with the Vedanta Sustainability Assurance Program (VSAP) audit.
