Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze HR processes, and design scalable Oracle HCM technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.2. Develop, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management) using tools like Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL.3. Build and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Data Loader, and OTBI, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate migration.4. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT cycles. Provide deployment assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth transition to production environments.5. Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for automation, and implement enhancements. Share best practices, create technical documentation, and mentor junior team members.
