Engineer and lead the Anaplan\'s Data & Analytics team. Our team’s core responsibility is to deliver automations and data-driven insights to the Business teams to help our customers realize their connected planning journey by finding key insights in our data and turning them in to action, we strive to improve our customer’s experience along their Anaplan journey to ultimately drive higher satisfaction, increased adoption, and greater retention Responsibilities: • Build and maintain the Enterprise Data Lake to help with multiple business and customer needs. • Work with Business and Product teams to understand the Data needs and support various applications. • Help FP & A with necessary tools to help with forecasting, close, and planning processes. • Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams and Business Teams to gather high-level Business requirements and reporting needs and help architect the Data Strategy. • Architect/Build/Automate Batch and Real-time data processing to load data from different applications into our Data Lake (Google BigQuery), Anaplan and other applications. • Standardize the data ingestion methodologies and ensure the processes are scalable and cost effective without compromising on the quality. • Hire and Mentor Engineers providing guidance around best practices and scaling. • Ensure the Data Governance standards are met.
