I\'m studying MBA at IIM Calcutta and am appearing as a candidate for Level I CFA with significant interest in finance, especially investment banking, asset management, and corporate strategy. The transition from engineering at IIT Kharagpur to b-school created in me an analytical mindset that I\'m now bringing to bear on understanding why financial decisions create business results.I like understanding businesses through their numbers, assessing drivers of growth, capital allocation prowess, and value creation over the long-term. I\'ve had hands-on experience in investment banking live projects as well as equity research through valuation (DCF, comps, and transactions) and sector research.
