Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of signalling network, cyber security, and systems integration activities, ensuring high technical quality, cost effective delivery within programme timescales and contractual commitments.• Assess and interpret complex system architectures, collaborating with subsystem engineers and R&D to improve understanding of system interactions and reduce integration risk.• Provide expert-level security guidance to design teams, ensuring correct implementation of security controls, adherence to Siemens engineering security policies, alignment with client security strategies including, security assurance frameworks and regulatory obligations.• Produce high level security governance documentation, including methodology statements and project security plans, in alignment with Siemens engineering safety & security policy and project engineering handbook, enhancing bid quality and strengthening compliance during tender phases.• Support senior management governance by delivering monthly forecasts, budget performance updates, and risk insights to commercial managers during PDR and programme reviews.• Provide quarterly RAG based security performance reports, providing clear visibility of milestone achievement, risk exposure, and delivery confidence across the project lifecycle.• Resolve off site integration challenges by assisting signalling principle testers with system and network related issues impacting connectivity between trackside infrastructure and ROCs.• Support project teams by coordinating with sub-contractors as well as, act as the regional project interface between project teams and the core signalling network team based in Chippenham.Projects: Macclesfield Resignalling, Victoria Phase 4 Fringe Works and Crewe South (Basford Hall) and Independent Lines Resignalling and Recontrol
