Works closely with risk, sales, credit, and legal departments to ensure a professional, discreet, and prompt resolution to all customer issues. Manages 120 accounts totaling $168M in credit lines. Performs credit analysis on assigned portfolios that include financial trends, controls, and collateral; leads the review and management of credit line requirements for all accounts. Schedules and coordinates bank deposit reviews, audits, and complex floor checks. Coordinates and leads the buyout process by working with the commercial and underwriting teams; strictly adheres to required controls and compliance policies. Assists leadership with the training, mentoring, and development of new hires.
