I am accountable for the management and operation of 7 jet engine platforms ( CF34-3/ 8C & 8E/-10A & -10E; HF120; Passport 20) ensuring safety, fleet product stability, delivering on time new production and MRO engines. Optimal performance is achieved through applying Lean methodologies and collaboration with international teams based in the United States, as well as Mexico, Poland, Turkey and China. Key accomplishments in 2024 include developing and implementing across Services Engineering the Commercial Field Problem Resolution, laying out and executing the Global certification plan, Passport 20 emission test for CAAC, and completing the CF34-8E Aspen project in partnership with Embraer and SkyWest.We maintained a great reliability score for a fleet of roughly engines and more that 950 Operators around the world with 9.2 millions Fleet Cycles and 11.7 Millions Flight Hours (12 month rolling average).
