As Head of Diversity for Scoutable United FC, I oversee initiatives aimed at creating equitable opportunities for talented Academy graduates who have faced discrimination due to socioeconomic or ethnic backgrounds. My daily responsibilities include developing and implementing inclusive recruitment strategies, liaising with football academies, and fostering relationships with scouts and professional clubs to secure senior contracts for deserving players. I collaborate with coaches and mentors to provide tailored support, ensuring each player’s unique needs are met both on and off the pitch. I also conduct workshops to educate stakeholders on the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in sports.My mission is to dismantle systemic barriers and champion fairness in football, ensuring all players have equal opportunities to thrive based solely on their talent and determination. By building a culture of inclusivity, I aim to make Scoutable United FC a beacon of change, inspiring broader transformation within the sport and creating lasting pathways for underrepresented athletes to achieve their dreams.
